Monthly · the largest scale we run
The Circuit
Everything out. Everything in. All of it yours.
Sixteen posts a month on two platforms. A hundred comments out on other accounts. Sixty DMs out. Everything on yours answered, no cap. A readout every week, and every link tagged before it ships.
The Blueprint comes first, and it comes off month one. See the full ladder.
No minimum term. To cancel, give us 21 days’ written notice. Your plan ends on the next billing date that falls at least 21 days after we receive your notice, and you are not billed after that. Read the full terms.
What almost nobody does
Most retainers stop at the post.
The content goes out. Nobody goes out with it. Nobody answers what comes back. You pay full price for the half that looks like marketing and none of the half that works like it.
The Circuit runs in every direction. Every number printed.
What we run
Eight jobs, every month, on accounts you own.
01
Everything in The Loop.
The weekly call. The written plan you keep. Publishing end to end, every link tagged. PostTrace maintained. Your Blueprint re-run every quarter.
02
Sixteen posts a month.
Eight per platform, two platforms. Eight we design, eight we write. Drafted in your voice.
03
A hundred comments out.
From your account, under other people’s posts. The ones your buyers already read. Human-sent.
04
Sixty DMs out.
Prospecting, re-engaging fans, keeping a community warm. From your account. Human-sent.
05
Everything on yours, answered.
Every reply under your posts. Your DMs too, on the platforms you want us in. A post that takes off or a giveaway that lands is the job, not an exception. No cap. Human-sent.
06
Two reviews a week.
Send up to five pieces, twice a week. Back inside two business days.
07
A readout every week.
Not once a month. Every call is a readout: your numbers, what moved, what we do next.
08
A shot list every month.
The plan for the shoot. Every shot in order, how it is framed, what gets said, and the notes that keep a shoot day from being improvised. Hand it to whoever holds the camera.
All of it on your accounts and your domain. If we ever stop working together, you keep the accounts, the content, the wiring, and the history. That is the whole point.
The math
What a month really looks like.
Most retainers are sold as a vibe. Here is the volume, in numbers you can hold us to.
16
posts a month
Eight we design, eight we write, in your voice.
100
comments out
From your account, under other people’s posts. Human-sent, counted.
60
DMs out
From your account. Human-sent, counted.
All
of it answered
Every reply on your posts, every DM in your inbox. No cap.
0
untagged links
Every link carries tracking before it ships, which is what makes the readout mean anything.
House standard. Answered inside one business day. Every client. Not a perk. A company trait.
Plainly
What counts, and what doesn’t.
One comment is one comment posted under someone else’s post. Replies in that thread do not count against your total.
One DM is one message we send. Sixty is sixty messages, whether that is sixty people once or twenty people three times.
A piece is one social post, one email, or one section of a page. A full landing page, a long-form article or a video script counts as two.
Volumes are monthly and do not roll over. There is no fair-use clause on inbound. No cap means no cap.
Who
Who this is for.
- You are already paying this much, and you cannot say what it did.
- You want all of it done, in every direction, with every number printed.
- More comes in than anyone on your side can answer.
- You want the whole machine on your accounts, so it stays yours if we ever part ways.
What lands
What you see.
Every month, either way
The report. Every post that shipped, where every comment went, who we messaged, what got answered, and what your tagged links did.
With PostTrace
The numbers, whenever you want them. Where your website traffic came from, down to the link that sent it. Which post drove visits. How this month compares to last. Next year, how it compares to now. Plain language, out of your own compounding data.
Without it
The report, and a readout every week. Same work, same proof it happened.
How it runs
The rhythm.
- Every week. The call, and it is a readout every time. Two content reviews: up to five pieces each, back inside two business days. Drafts come to you. Messaging any time, answered inside one business day.
- Every month. The plan lands. The shot list lands with it.
- Every quarter.Your Blueprint runs again. Same 160 checks, against what changed.
Why there are two numbers.
PostTrace is $2,000 once at the founding rate, and it takes $450 a month off The Circuit for as long as you are on it. The property, the history and the backups are yours whether you stay or not.
Running without it costs the higher price. Every dollar of that difference credits toward the build if you turn it on later.
The Blueprint still comes first, and its price comes off month one.
These are founding rates. The roster stays small on purpose, the price climbs as it fills, and the rate assumes we get to publish your numbers as a case study. Want them kept private? Ask for the standard rate.
Not this much yet.
The Loop is eight posts a month, forty comments out, thirty answered on yours and thirty DMs, with a readout every month. $2,000/mo. See The Loop
Questions.
Can I start with The Circuit?
No. Every plan starts with the Blueprint. Its price comes off month one, so you are not paying for it twice.
Do I have to buy PostTrace?
No. Without it The Circuit is $4,450 a month. Every dollar of that difference credits toward the build if you turn it on later.
Why still two platforms?
The volume doubles, the surface does not. Sixteen posts on two platforms beats eight on four, because depth is what gets you read and answered. Your Blueprint says which two.
What is a shot list?
The plan for the shoot. Every shot in order, how it is framed, what gets said, and the notes that make the day go quickly. It is written from the month's plan, so what you film is what the plan already called for.
Do you shoot it?
We partner with video and editing teams for filmed work. Every video project is scoped on its own, because every partner prices by scope. Your shot list is ready either way.
What does no cap mean?
No cap. A post that takes off, a giveaway that fills your inbox, a week that does not stop. We work it. The only things that reach you are a question only you can answer and a sale worth taking yourself.
Do you go into our DMs?
On the platforms you want us in. Some businesses hand over every inbox, some hand over none, and some are somewhere between. You decide which, and we work inside that.
What if we leave?
You keep the accounts, the content, the wiring, and the history. It was built on your logins from day one.
What counts as one DM?
One message we send. Sixty is sixty messages, whether that is sixty people once or twenty people three times. The full list is above.
It starts with the Blueprint.
160 checks across your presence, your funnel, your tracking, and how AI reads you. Two calls: one to dig, one to deliver. You leave with the complete plan whether or not you ever spend another dollar with us.
