Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-09
These terms govern your use of the Hit My Algo website, hitmyalgo.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
Use of this site
This website is provided for general information about Hit My Algo and its services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
Information, not a guarantee
Content on this site describes what Hit My Algo is designed to do. It is provided as general information and is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or performance.
Applications
Submitting an application is a request to be considered for work with Hit My Algo. It does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Any engagement begins only under a separate written agreement between you and Hit My Algo.
Billing, renewals, and cancellation
Some of what Hit My Algo sells is a one-time purchase and some of it is a subscription. The Blueprint and PostTrace are one-time. The monthly plans, The Table, The Loop and The Circuit, are subscriptions, and so is every service bought on its own from the menu. Which one you are buying is stated on the page you buy it from and on the checkout page before you pay.
A subscription is a recurring payment. It renews automatically on the same date each month at the price you agreed, and keeps renewing until it is cancelled. Volumes are monthly totals. Unused volume does not roll over into the next month.
Cancelling a monthly plan
There is no minimum term on any monthly plan. To cancel, give us 21 days' written notice by email to adam@hitmyalgo.com. Your plan ends on the next billing date that falls at least 21 days after we receive your notice, and you are not billed after that.
In practice that means notice given well before your billing date leaves one more payment to run. Notice given a few days before it means that payment still goes through and the one after it does not.
Cancelling a menu service
A service bought on its own from the menu can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period. It stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
Refunds
Payments already taken are not refunded, including the month a cancellation falls in. We deliver the work that month is paid for. If something has gone wrong, email us before you do anything else: nothing here stops us from making it right.
Price changes
The price you are paying does not change while your subscription runs. If a price changes, you are told before it applies to you, and you can cancel under the terms above.
What you keep
Everything we build runs on accounts and domains in your name, so when an engagement ends you keep it. That is the point of the whole arrangement and it does not change because you cancelled.
