Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-18

This policy explains how Hit My Algo handles information collected through this website, hitmyalgo.com.

What we collect

The only information this site asks for is what you choose to enter in the application form: your name, email, company, role, and goals. We do not require any other personal information to use the site.

How it is collected and stored

The site is a static website hosted on Netlify. Application form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and sent to Hit My Algo by email so we can respond. Netlify also collects standard server logs, such as IP addresses, as part of hosting the site.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit only to review your application, respond to you, and discuss working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data, such as the pages you visit, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, so we can measure traffic and understand how the site is used. We do not run advertising cookies.

The booking page (/book/) embeds Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service, so you can pick a time without leaving the site. When that embed loads, Cal.com may set its own cookies and receive your booking details under its own privacy policy. The embed only loads on the booking page. If you prefer not to load it, you can skip that page and apply or email us instead.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted at any time. Email adam@hitmyalgo.com and we will take care of it.
