The unit
What counts, and what doesn't.
One DM is one message we send. Thirty is thirty messages: thirty people once, or ten people three times. If someone writes back, what we send them counts the same.
Reading, deciding who to message, checking a profile: not counted. Nothing left.
A message the platform blocks or the person deletes still counts. It was sent.
Volumes are monthly and do not roll over.
