Spam, bots, and comments that should not get a reply: not replied to, not counted.

Do I have to buy the Blueprint first?
No. This one you can buy on its own. The Blueprint is how we would rather start, because it tells us who to talk to, but it is not a gate.
What if a post takes off?
We handle it. A post that gets a hundred comments is the job, not an exception. Spam and bots still get nothing.
Do you reply to everything?
No. Some comments should not get a reply, and a person can tell which. That is most of what you are paying for.
How do I know it happened?
Your month-end report links every post we worked. The replies are there, under the comments they answered.
Does this include DMs?
No. Inbound DMs are a separate service on the menu.
Can I change tiers?
Any month. It is volume, nothing else.
