PostTrace
PostTrace refuses to lie to you.
Starting the day it is installed, PostTrace connects what you publish to who visits, who books, and what money lands.
It shows what is producing a business result, what only looks busy, and what the evidence says to repeat, improve, or cut. The connected history stays on your system and becomes more useful the longer it runs.
PostTrace does not reconstruct attribution for work published before installation. It starts building the history from that point forward.
PostTrace is built from your Blueprint's findings, so the Blueprint comes first. After that it is your call. See the full ladder, or run the free checklist.
The disconnected report
Each tool can be right and the conclusion can still be wrong.
Your social platforms report attention. Your website analytics reports visits. Your scheduler reports booked calls. Your payment processor reports money received.
Each system is measuring its own part correctly. Putting the numbers beside each other does not prove that one caused the next.
PostTrace connects the path from the day it is installed and shows where the chain holds, where it breaks, and where the answer is still unknown.
That is how a business stops giving more time to whatever received the most attention and starts improving what produced the right outcome.
One connected history
Five sources, connected from the day PostTrace is installed.
Every source stays on accounts you own. The specific tools are swappable. If a scheduler, analytics platform, AI, or payment processor changes, the box can change without surrendering the system or the history already collected.
-
Your content pipeline.
What's drafted, scheduled, and live, and which tracking tag each piece carries. A piece with no tag gets flagged before it ships, not discovered in a report three weeks later.
-
Your social performance.
Impressions and engagement across your platforms, with account totals and post totals kept honestly apart, because blending them is how numbers get flattering.
-
Your website traffic.
Which piece of content sent which visit, attributed by tag, not by vibes.
-
Your bookings.
Real people who put a call on your calendar. Counted as people, never inflated into "events."
-
Your revenue.
What Stripe says landed, next to what your analytics can trace. The gap between those two numbers is printed on screen with a label, not swept under a rug.
Post to reach, visit, booking, and payment. When a link in that chain is missing, PostTrace shows the gap instead of filling it with an assumption.
Tracking boundary
Attribution begins after installation.
PostTrace connects the current tools and begins collecting when the installation is complete. It does not retroactively connect old posts to old visits, bookings, or payments. Attribution begins after installation and compounds from there.
What it catches
The post that looks like a winner and isn't. The "loser" that's quietly your best work.
The post everyone loved that never sold a thing. The ad that's been "performing" for a year against the wrong landing page. Your best piece reading as a zero because nobody tagged the link.
Six lies it catches on sight:
01
The winner that isn't.
Applause and revenue live on separate lines, so a post can't hide behind its likes.
02
The loser that's really your winner.
A piece with no tracking shows a dash, not a zero, so your best work never gets cut over a tagging mistake.
03
The brand-new post that reads dead.
Platforms take hours to report. It shows "pending" instead, so you stop making decisions in the blind window.
04
The flattering number.
When your platforms contradict each other, the disagreement is printed on screen with its size, instead of letting you quote whichever number looks best.
05
The lead count that's triple the truth.
One visitor clicking three times is three events and one human. Bookings are people, clicks are events, never blended.
06
The money leaking where you can't see.
Untagged links and unattributed traffic show up in red, and the warnings shrink as the wiring improves.
Most analytics are built to make the numbers look good. This was built to make them true.
The connector
Then you connect it to ChatGPT or Claude, and stop hunting through six tabs for an answer.
PostTrace ships with a custom AI connector: 19 tools your AI can call mid-conversation, against your live numbers.
Ask it things like:
- "What drove traffic this week?"
- "Which pillar is earning bookings, and which one is just earning likes?"
- "Reach was up last month. Did revenue follow?"
- "Which platform sends the people who book calls?"
- "What's scheduled this week, and is any of it untagged?"
- "Compare the top reel to the newsletter. Which one made money?"
- "What's driving engagement, conversions, and sales? Are they even the same thing?"
The 19 tools, in plain language:
The summary.
Your whole marketing operation in one answer.
Performance.
Any piece, pillar, platform, or date range.
Posts.
Everything published, with what each post carried and drove.
Best content.
Ranked by outcomes, not applause.
Trends.
What's rising, what's dying, over time.
Platform traffic.
Which platform sends visits that go anywhere.
Attribution.
The post-to-visit-to-outcome chain, by tag.
Outcomes.
Bookings and revenue, tied back to the content that earned them.
Pipeline.
What's drafted, scheduled, and live right now.
Insights.
The patterns worth acting on, called out.
Definitions.
Ask what any metric means before you trust it.
Compare.
Two pieces, two pillars, two platforms. This is the tool that refuses when the comparison would lie, and it shows receipts either way.
Alerts, previewed and tested.
Warnings that only fire when something real changes, and you can see exactly what would trigger before it ever emails you.
The digest.
A summary of what mattered, previewed first, then sent on your schedule.
Reconcile, previewed and applied.
It re-checks its own stored numbers against the sources, shows you what drifted, and fixes nothing without showing you first.
The heartbeat.
One call that proves the connector itself is alive and current.
No tabs. No exports. No guessing which column means what. Your analytics, answering questions at the speed you can ask them.
The install
PostTrace is installed into the marketing system you own.
It is not another shared agency login. We connect it to your content pipeline, social platforms through your scheduler, website analytics, booking scheduler, and payment processor.
The specific tools are swappable. The system is built on your accounts and keys, with tagged links, frozen tracking, reconciliation, and nightly backups.
Tracking begins when the installation is complete. PostTrace does not backfill attribution from before that date.
The path:
- Do it yourself. The Wiring Guide and all 160 Blueprint checks, published in full. No email gate. Run them yourself and keep whatever you fix.
- The Blueprint. Where you stand, what to fix, and what to do next. 160 checks against your brand, by hand, in plain language. Every plan starts here.
- PostTrace. $2,000 one time. We install it and the machine around it, built from your Blueprint's findings, on your accounts. Optional, and it takes $150 to $450 a month off every monthly tier.
- Choose what happens next. Use PostTrace yourself, add The Table to learn and iterate with support, or choose The Loop or The Circuit for professional execution. See the full pricing.

The real cost
What it costs to keep.
$2,000 once, and it is yours. The property, the history, the connector, the backups.
The first 90 days are on us. We maintain it while the wiring settles.
After that, on a monthly tier: nothing. Maintenance is included in The Table, The Loop, and The Circuit for as long as you are on one.
After that, on your own: $300 a month, or free. Free if you maintain it yourself, which you can, because it is yours. $300 if you would rather we keep it running, and that holds whether you are working with us, working with someone else, or working alone.
The arithmetic
What it saves you.
Every monthly tier costs less with PostTrace running.
The Table: $150 a month less.
The Loop: $300 a month less.
The Circuit: $450 a month less.
On The Circuit it has paid for itself in under five months. On The Loop, seven. It keeps taking that off the bill every month after, and the property, the history and the backups are yours whether you stay or not.
Running a tier without it costs the higher price, and every dollar of that difference credits toward the build if you turn it on later.
What you do with it
PostTrace creates the evidence. The next step is turning it into a process.
PostTrace shows what happened from installation forward. Its history makes the patterns easier to see as more work moves through the system. What happens next depends on how you want to work.
Use PostTrace on your own.
Ask questions through ChatGPT or Claude, compare the work by the outcome that matters, and use the history to decide what to repeat, improve, test again, or stop.
Add The Table.
You or your team create and publish. We teach you how to use what PostTrace finds, review the work, and help you turn the evidence into a repeatable monthly practice.
Add The Loop.
We handle the monthly content, publishing, and conversations. You watch the same connected history while we use it to improve the next plan.
Add The Circuit.
We handle the larger content and conversation workload. The weekly readout uses PostTrace to repeat strong ideas quickly and cut weak ones before another month is spent on them.
The monthly options are separate choices after the Blueprint. PostTrace is optional for all three, and lowers each monthly price.
Who it is for
You want the work you do next to improve the decision after it.
- Your marketing is active, but its performance is divided across social platforms, website analytics, a scheduler, a pipeline, and a payment processor.
- You can see attention, traffic, bookings, and revenue, but you cannot follow the connected path from one to the next.
- You want to know what should be repeated, improved, tested again, or cut instead of letting the largest number make the decision.
- You want the system and the performance history to stay yours if you change an agency, tool, scheduler, payment processor, or AI.
Most businesses that need PostTrace already have marketing in motion. Existing activity is not required: PostTrace can also be installed before the first piece ships, so tracking is in place from the beginning.
In both cases, attribution starts on the day PostTrace is installed. It does not reconstruct the history that came before it.
FAQ
Questions
Can I buy PostTrace as software?
Not today. PostTrace is built from the Blueprint’s findings and installed on your accounts, so the Blueprint comes first. A standalone version for agencies is in development.
How do I buy it?
Start with the Blueprint. After the findings are complete, we send you a private payment link for PostTrace. There is no public checkout on this page.
Do I have to get it?
No. The Table, The Loop, and The Circuit all work without PostTrace at their higher monthly prices. PostTrace adds the always-on connected history and lowers the monthly price by $150 to $450.
Does PostTrace include our past marketing data?
PostTrace does not retroactively connect old posts to old visits, bookings, or payments. Tracking begins when it is installed. Everything measured from that point forward becomes part of the connected history you own.
Can we install it before we start marketing?
Yes. PostTrace does not require an existing performance history. It can be installed before the first piece ships so the connected history begins with the first tracked result.
What does it connect to?
Your content pipeline, social platforms through your scheduler, website analytics, booking scheduler, and payment processor. The boxes are swappable, and the exact stack is covered after the Blueprint.
Why does it show warnings other tools do not?
Untagged links, unattributed traffic, reporting delays, and disagreements between tools are common. PostTrace keeps those gaps visible so they can be fixed instead of treating missing information as a complete answer.
Do you see our data?
PostTrace runs on your accounts and keys. Hit My Algo installs it and maintains it when maintenance is included or purchased separately. The data and system remain yours.
Start the history from here
The Blueprint determines what needs to be connected.
PostTrace is built from those findings. Once installation is complete, it begins connecting the work you publish to the traffic, bookings, and payments that follow.
It will not reconstruct the attribution that came before it. Everything measured after installation becomes part of the history you can use, improve, and keep.
