We map your goals, your audience, and fit. Either way, you leave with your next steps laid out, whether or not we work together. Free, no strings.

Step 3

Onboarding moves in phases, built to get you fully operational within 4 weeks:

• Goals and benchmarks. We go deep on what you want and set the targets we'll measure against.
• Setup. We gather everything we need from you, docs, assets, whatever your goals call for, tailored to you.
• Build. We build your system on your own accounts and establish your content pillars. On The Loop and The Circuit. The Table has nothing to stand up, so it starts as soon as the Blueprint is done.
• Test and launch. We test the pillars, start putting some content out, and hold the full roll-out until it's built right, never before.

Step 4

From there we run the machine with you and keep sharpening it, dialing in your voice, your content style, and the fit, so it keeps improving as it goes. As you hit the benchmarks we set, we raise the bar and set the next ones. When something isn't landing, we say so and adjust, no dressed-up reports. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all. We iterate on what's working and where your industry is moving, and if a content pillar stops pulling its weight, we shift it. Everything runs on your accounts, so the system stays yours.
