The Hit My Algo Process

Here is how an engagement runs, from your first application to the ongoing content system. The whole flow is designed to get you to a consistent, strategy-led presence with about one filming session a week.

1. Apply

Submit the application form. It asks for your name, email, company, role, and goals. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.

2. Strategy call

Qualified applicants get a free strategy call. We use it to understand your goals, see whether we are a fit, and outline what a content system would look like for you.

3. Onboarding (about four weeks)

Onboarding moves through four phases, designed to take roughly four weeks end to end:

  1. Discovery. We learn your voice, audience, and goals.
  2. Strategy. We set positioning, content pillars, and a publishing plan.
  3. Production setup. We build the filming and production workflow around your schedule.
  4. Launch. The system goes live and publishing begins.

4. Ongoing

From there, you film raw content about once a week, and Hit My Algo runs the entire system through The Handshake Framework: editing, copywriting, design, publishing, and engagement. The Handshake Framework is built to make the algorithm and AI work with you, so a consistent presence becomes repeatable and you can build your own algorithm.
